5. Be Good to yourself.
Many busy women seldom take the time to pamper themselves. If you are guilty of this then make a commitment to yourself to change that right now. Perhaps a good stress management plan could be helpful.
Treating yourself to something special can be as simple as going out for ice cream, chocolate, or getting a manicure/pedicure.
A sugary snack can help improve your mood and make you more upbeat. But be careful not to overdo it!
